The new lobby is fresh and vibrant with a

beautiful view from the lounge. The kids loved Waka Waka playground. However, we faced issues with our pass, which caused some inconvenience until the manager helped us rectify it, and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were friendly , but the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I really appreciated the pool view and enjoyed a nice evening with my family.

Had a pretty chill time here. The rooms were comfy. They had a water cooler on every floor, which was cool. Check-in was smooth and the staff was super friendly. The only thing was, they didn’t clean the room as often as I'd liked, which was kinda weird. The lounge had nice drinks too!

From sunrise to sunset, the breathtaking views from my room made every moment memorable. The staff's warm welcome set the perfect tone for my stay.

However, the aging decor in the bathroom was quite noticeable, which detracted from the overall experience. A little updating would go a long way.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi in rooms, 24-hour reception, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped with early check-in, which I truly appreciated. I'll be back for a city break!

We were close to Clarke Quay and Chinatown, making our nights out super convenient. The children's playroom added a fun touch, creating a chill vibe for all of us. The staff were friendly and responsive, which made our stay even better.

One downside was that the bed felt pretty hard and uncomfortable after a long day of exploring.

My stay was enhanced by easy access to both fort canning park, almost 2 km away, and the vibrant restaurants along robertson quay, just a short stroll, making it a perfect spot for leisurely walks and scenic views. the room was spacious, allowing my family to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our time here.

stayed at furama for 30 nights and it was fantastic! the friendly staff were always there to help us with directions and recommendations. having a microwave and vending machines available 24/7 was super convenient. the location is near the riverside, which made exploring easy, and we loved the on-site restaurant.

Our initial request for a family room with breakfast was completely ignored for months. This forced us to rebook at a higher rate without breakfast, causing significant frustration. It felt like the hotel only prioritized higher-paying guests while disregarding our requests.
